My Favorite Food

There are so many good foods to try, for example, enpanadas, chocolote and tamales. However,I only have one favorite,tamales. I still remember the first time I ate tamales.It was when I was 8 years old at my mother's house. I don't remember who did the cooking. It must have been my mom who is the greatest cook. Every time I eat tamales, I feel great. To prepare this food,you need corn, flour, salt, oil, pepper tomatoes and chicken.

My Dream Vacation

There are so many beautiful places in the world, for example, acapulco, paris,and New york.If I win the lottery, I would love to go to New york. I would take my family with me. I would also take my camera with me, so I could take pictures. I think I would like to spend one month there. While I was there,I would try to go to the beach and visit the statue of liberty. I would also try to visit some museums. In terms of food,I would try seafood and desserts. I would bring souvenirs and poscards back with me. Oh well, this is just a dream and I would only do it if I win the lottery!

My name is Ofelia Salazar. I am Originally from Oaxaca Mexico.I was born on April 22, 1985.I speak Spanish and Spake some English conversation.I married and I don't have Children yet. I have been married for 3 years and people have already started asking when we will have kids.my plans for the future include having Children, study a little bit more and become a medical assistant at the try city hospital.

My Dream Vacation

To me, the most fun place to go on vacation would be Oaxaca. I'd like to spend one month there. I'd go by airplane, my favorite way to travel. I'd need to bring sunglasses and a camera with me and some money.the Climate is hot So. I'd need shorts umbrella and sandals. Of course, I'd buy new clothes for the trip.The first thing I'd do is go to a retaurant. I hear the food is excellent there. I'd also leave some time for shopping and visiting some lagoons. Trying local foods is one of the best parts of traveling. I would try mole and carne asada chilacayote while I was there. maybe I'd pick up some shells to bring home. I'd also buy poscards to send to my friend back home. This is all imagined, of course. But I can dream,can't I? Ofelia Salazar
